Section 12
pk48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds, disputed winnings and any outstanding charges may be returned at the platform's discretion following investigation. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk48 support. Where a self-exclusion request is made, the platform will process the request promptly and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Section 14
All content on the pk48 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software code, odds data and game content — is the property of pk48 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Section 15
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk48 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with pk48 support.
pk48 does not represent that this platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation may govern their participation in online gambling activities. This platform does not claim authorisation or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan.

The version number and review date displayed at the top of this document reflect the most current published version of these Terms. Earlier versions are superseded by any subsequent publication.
